1. Information we collect

• Account data: email, name, and authentication details.
• Health & fitness data you provide: age, gender, height, weight, goals, logged meals, workouts, sleep, steps, water, body measurements, and progress photos.
• Coaching content: your chats with the AI coach and, if you use voice coaching, audio of those sessions.
• Device & usage data: app interactions, diagnostics, and push-notification tokens.
• Payment data: processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details.

2. How we use your data

• To provide personalized coaching, plans, targets, and insights.
• To operate features you use (logging, analytics, reminders, voice).
• To process subscriptions and prevent abuse.
• To improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Service providers (sub-processors)

We share data only as needed with providers that help us run Calx:

• OpenAI — processes your coaching messages, voice, and food-photo analysis to generate responses.
• Supabase — secure database, authentication, and file storage.
• Razorpay — subscription billing and payments.
• Expo / Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notifications.

4. Coaches you connect with

If you accept a coaching request from a trainer in Calx, you explicitly consent to share your logged data (meals, sleep, steps, water, workouts, weight, measurements) with that coach so they can help you. You can end this connection at any time, which stops further access.

5. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@calx.pro — we will delete it within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records for legal or billing reasons.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and stored with access controls (row-level security). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Children

Calx is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
