Terms of Service

1. The service

Calx provides AI-assisted fitness, nutrition, and recovery coaching, including logging tools, plans, analytics, chat, and voice coaching. Features may change over time.

2. Not medical advice

Calx is for general fitness and wellness purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI responses, nutrition estimates (including photo-based estimates), and plans may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always consult a qualified physician before starting any exercise or diet program, and stop and seek help if you feel unwell. You use Calx at your own risk.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 to use Calx. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure, and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• Calx Pro is a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly) billed through Razorpay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Voice coaching includes a monthly minute allotment; fair-use and rate limits apply to all AI features.
• Prices may change with notice. Taxes may apply based on your location.
• Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also governed by those stores' terms.

5. Refunds

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@calx.pro.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Calx: no reverse-engineering, abuse, automated scraping, attempts to bypass limits, or uploading unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

Calx and its content are owned by us and protected by law. You retain ownership of the data you submit and grant us a license to process it to operate the service. You may not copy or resell the service.

8. Disclaimers & liability

Calx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using Calx and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with the law.
